errands and bike rides

So I rode 19.3 miles on my bike today, just running errands and going to yoga.  Yowza.  Even the yoga receptionist was like "so you biked here, went for a run, and did yoga.  Are you like an uber athlete or something?"  I guess when you put it like that...
